This image is so cute. It would makea great feature photo. The coloration on it is not perfect, and it looks like the lens they were using is kind of soft.

farmers market neighborhood shots

The farmers market in Corvallis, located on 1st street, is always bustling with activity. The venders there sell a variety of fruits, vegetables, and jewelry. One of the main attractions for children is the fountain.

this picture is boring, very boring. it is blurred, dead on, and doesn't show much personality. the lighting is boring aswell and makes the face look flat. all and all i have this photograph

this photograph i saw online and i loved the personality of it. her smile was so endearing .

photo critique

The photograph here is well thought out. the face of the man shows character and it wasn't cropped so tightly that it did not tell the whole story. the picture itself is alittle dark so i that i can not see all the detail in the mans face which i would have liked.

Eric Miller is the partial owner and baker at the Sunrise Bakery in down town Corvallis. I walked in on him baking a new batch of cookies and he was kind enough to show me a finished batch of his latest creation.

it absolutely love this photo. Its lighting is so dramatic, a kind of photo that makes you actually believe you were right there when that happened. the color of the sky bouncing off the water gave it some symmetry but not to much of it.

"girl" critique

I found this photo courtesy of deviantart.com. It shows a cute little girl that has lots of personality. I noticed the image was abit grainy. this is probably due to a high ISO. The noise in the image could have been easily taken out with photoshop. The girl is also in the middle of the image almost exactly. I think that if the girl was off to the side abit the image would be improved alot.

I visited Bullfrog Music and was welcomed by Kurt Dietrich, owner and operator of the store. He let me watch him clean and fix a base that he was working on.

anti-Scientology marches

I found this image of the anti-Scientology marches that was taken by tanya-n. I thought it was a decent photo but i think pretty much anyone could have taken it. Its balanced well and the exposure is correct but i think they should have lowered the aperture to make the central character stand out more. I like the close cropping: I think it gives the person in the photo personality.

Back to school
